In few words:

I’m more than happy of how well I’ve done at all the competitions this year: several times on the podium on telemark skis, among mostly just alpine skiers..

I feel very confident on my skiing and look really forward to the next season and it’s competitions. I will put even more effort on training this summer and autumn, and my plan is to do even better in the future.

As a negative side I would say is, that we have been really unlucky with the photo-shoots this season as well like the last season, so I have just a few nice photos of me around. But this is something in which I will put more effort next year.

I have some interesting filming plans for the next season as well, so my plans will be in short:

-competing in FWQ and hopefully in FWT too

-filming with a new Finnish film project as well as with a new Swiss project. More info coming when I know more

-photo shoots with different professional photographers

The Kask Story

Professional free skiers Kaj Zackrisson and Sverre Liliequist had shitloads of time to kill. When travelling the Rockies searching for the best skiing around they spent day in, day out in their minivan going from Aspen to Whistler. From Jackson to Vail. And then back again. Sverre was looking for a way to make the time pass and also to find a beanie with the right smart diffuse, smart look Luckily enough Sverre mastered the noble art of crocheting. His handicraft infected his brother in arms Kaj and soon an underground cult took off. Beanies in all shapes came out from the van and spread among their friends.

The KASK beanie was soon seen on the heads of ski bums, professional skiers throughout the best ski resorts all over the world. The beanies didn’t look like anything else ever seen in these circumstances before KASK went from odd souvenir to being the smartest thing you could put on your head.

Now Sverre and Kaj are taking steps to spread their handicraft to more than the closest circle of friends and fellow skiers KASK is, to cut it short, a smooth, personal, well fitting garment to wear with pride. KASK gives you the opportunity to live to the full, to seize the day.

Our Austrian Kask friends Mitch Tölderer and Stefan Häusl are working on their new freeride movie, it will be released 24th august in ST Anton. See the teaser here now!

Sverres run in Verbier Xtreme 2010

Hi folks! After skiing Squaw a couple of days, it was time for the the 3rd stop of the freerideworldtour. We were supposed to ski the Tram face, but it was scstchy condisions there and a big slide, so we couldnt go there this time. Sweden was killing it this event, Henrik won, Reine 3rd, Kaj 5th and myself ended up 9th. Some locals here edited a cool segment from the Silverado competition, check it out HERE :-)
